FAQ

Find answers to Frequently Asked Questions about pickup and delivery locations, meal plans, and portion sizes, including packaged meals for athletes.

How much food do I get in every packaged meal?

The average meal weighs 11-13 ounces. Our meals have a macronutrient balance with caloric breakdown of 40/30/30 percent, which means 40% of the calories come from protein, 30% from carbs and 30% from fat. Meals are packaged in a satisfying serving size of 4-6 ounce of protein, with vegetable or grain sides ranging from 6-10 oz.

What if I need more than 2,000 calories a day?

If you need more than 2,000 calories a day, we suggest meals packaged for the Athlete. The athlete program has 1.5 times the quantity of our regular meals, providing adequate caloric intake for those require more fuel.

What is the difference between the lunch and dinner plan?

The menus between our lunch and dinner plan two are completely separate. However, both follow the same core macro structure of 40/30/30.

Why are there drop offs twice a week?

Our dishes are made fresh, never frozen, so we want meals to get in your hands as quickly as possible! We drop off to delivery locations twice a week so you can enjoy your high-quality, nutritious meal prepared by a 4.5 star chef either the day they’re made or the day after.

How does home delivery work?

We’ll deliver to your home, within a certain radius, for a small delivery fee. If you sign up for home delivery, your meals will be dropped off in a cooler so the quality and taste is never compromised!

Do you deliver to my area?

We might! We ask that you give us a call and let us know where you would like delivery. We will let you know if your location is on our delivery route and what time you could expect delivery. If we don’t already deliver to your area, we’ll let you know when delivery begins.
