We are committed to deliver a large and diverse menu that is never stagnant or boring. Our chefs create special dishes based around seasonal ingredients. We use selective ingredients to guarantee freshness and flavor. Our ingredients are chef-selected and locally sourced whenever possible. We use natural chicken and beef without hormones or antibiotics.

Menu: Week 4

Lunch
  • turkey-egg-wrap Grilled Pesto Chicken: Grilled chicken breast, rubbed with homemade pesto, served with sautéed zucchini, red pepper and green beans.
  • turkey-egg-wrap Arugula Shrimp Cesare Salad: Grilled shrimp, over arugula tomato parmesan cheese with homemade Cesare dressing.
  • turkey-egg-wrap BBQ Pork Tenderloin: Pork tenderloin seared, smothered in BBQ sauce and baked.  Served with mashed potato and corn.
  • Chef’s Choice: Based on fresh seasonal ingredients.
Dinner
  • turkey-egg-wrap Slow Simmer Turkey Chili: Ground Turkey, slowly simmered with black beans, corn, bell peppers & diced tomatoes.
  • turkey-egg-wrap Almond Encrusted Chicken: Season chicken breast dusted with crushed almonds, baked and served with cauli mash, and grilled eggplant fries.
  • turkey-egg-wrap Surf & Turf: Sliced filet mignon served with grilled lemon pepper shrimp with sautéed zucchini & squash.
  • Chef’s Choice: Based on fresh seasonal ingredients.

Week 5

Lunch
  • turkey-egg-wrap Flank Steak Tacos: Grilled flank steak tacos with roasted corn and black beans
  • turkey-egg-wrap Beef & Broccolini – Wok style sautéed beef over carrot and Broccolini.
  • turkey-egg-wrap Chicken Lettuce Burger: Ground chicken seared with a lettuce bun topped with onion tomato puree, and goat cheese. Served with potato wedges.
  • turkey-egg-wrap Pulled Pork: Slow cooked fall apart pork served with sweet potato hash.
Dinner
  • turkey-egg-wrap Spaghetti Squash & Chicken Meatballs: Slow baked spaghetti squash shredded served with chicken meatballs and marinara.
  • turkey-egg-wrap Beef Meatloaf: Beef meatloaf with cauli mash and broccoli.
  • turkey-egg-wrap Mango Mahi Mahi: Mahi Mahi seasoned and grilled, served with a mago salsa and a side of pepper mango quinoa.
  • turkey-egg-wrap Chicken & Spinach Enchiladas: Chicken enchiladas with red and green salsa, served with sautéed kidney beans.

Week 6

Lunch
  • turkey-egg-wrap Baked Buffalo Chicken Strips – Chicken strips tossed in hot sauce & bread crumbs baked and served with a ranch potato hash.
  • turkey-egg-wrap Chicken & Andouille Jambalaya: Chicken and chorizo seasoned creole style with brown rice jambalaya.
  • turkey-egg-wrap Turkey Stuffed Pepper: A whole bell pepper stuffed with sautéed ground turkey & brown rice seasoned with marinara sauce.
  • Chef’s Choice: Based on fresh seasonal ingredients.
Dinner
  • turkey-egg-wrap Chimmichurri Chicken: Chicken breast seared and rubbed with fresh herbs, garlic, vinegar, chili pepper and olive oil served with seasonal vegetables.
  • turkey-egg-wrap Braised Short Rib Pasta: Short ribs slow cooked served tossed in handmade pasta.
  •  turkey-egg-wrap Chicken Stir Fry – Chicken breast sautéed with vegetables in a teriyaki sauce.
